Day 8
Rest Day in Prague
Prague is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our rest day here, it's my first time so we hit some of the tourist sites like the Charles Bridge, Lennon Wall and Prague Castle. The laundry is done and we rested up in preparation for the next phase. We are planning a few slightly shorter cycle days and to keep going until we get to Salzburg for a rest day there. It could be 7 or 8 days from now.

Veggie food and ice cream
We really enjoyed a vegetarian restaurant Shanky found on Sunday night, Estrella, very close to our hotel. It was a luxury to be able to pick anything off the list and we had delicious food including a huge burger which was delicious. During lunch the next day we saw three separate people walk by with huge ice creams so I made Shanky come with me to hunt down the source. We almost gave up but then found Angelato and I had an amazing ice cream - olive oil and mint & chocolate and hazelnut flavours.

Beneficial Brick
On Monday evening we were walking through the city and we found the Beneficial Brick project which raises money for people with special needs in Prague. It's an art concept where you buy a brick and then paint it how you feel like and then add it to the wall. I pained one of us cycling along the river - well my artistic talents aren't great so it was mainly the bikes.
