Today had a lot of things - it was long, mountainous, beautiful and ever-changing. The tiredness was held back until we finally reached Bad Gastein - I had to push my bike most of the way up into the ski resort and then we truly were exhausted. We were pleased to make it though and the whole day had been a delight of riding. We also had a rest day either side of this long day, to reward ourselves.
